About the role

• SAP Developer responsible for creating secure web applications enhancing user experience at JetBlue Airways. Collaborating with analysts and developers focusing on SAP Fiori and back-end integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5 and Fiori Tools
• Customize, enhance and extend standard SAP Fiori applications to meet business requirements
• Develop and Customize SAP Fiori Themes and CSS using UI Theme Designer
• Develop and Consume OData(v2/v4) services using Netweaver Gateway, RAP or CAP methodologies
• Engage in end-to-end application lifecycle management, including deployment to SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) landscapes
• Support SAP S/4 HANA and BTP upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for applications maintenance and support adhering to change management processes
• Collaborate with functional analysts, business and matrix partners to deliver user-centric applications
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and solutions documentation
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience
• Three (3) years of experience in SAP UI5 and Fiori development
• Three (3) years of experience working with JavaScript, HTML5, XML, JSON, CSS, and MVC architecture
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Application Studio and/or Visual Studio Code for SAP Fiori applications development
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration, catalogs and role-based access concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, explain technology issues and work progress to both technical and non-technical staff
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
