- partner closely with clinical staff, compliance teams, and operational stakeholders
- conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare processes
- design and maintain 'Product Implementation Playbooks'

- work with customer IT and Clinical Ops teams to define configuration requirements
- act as the primary conduit between the customer’s 'Go-Live' experience and the engineering backlog
- define and track 'Successful Implementation' metrics
- work with engineering teams and product owners to break down complex requirements into actionable user stories
- ensure all product requirements align with HIPAA privacy and security regulations
- collaborate with legal and compliance teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in Healthcare Technology
- 5+ years in Care Delivery
- 5+ years in implementing early stage products
- strong analytical and process optimization foundation
- experience with healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA)
- comfortable working with Jira, MIRO, and BI analytic tools
