About the role
- QA Engineer implementing automated tests for Voyage Privé's innovative travel tech platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a modern tech environment with Cucumber and Playwright.
Responsibilities
- Implement automated tests in collaboration with experienced QA testers.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber and Playwright (TypeScript).
- Integrate scripts into CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable release validation.
- Work with testers to identify and prioritize critical scenarios for automation.
- Immersively understand critical workflows and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Write and maintain documentation for automated and manual tests in XRay.
- Provide regular reports on test coverage and automated execution results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in test automation;
- Strong proficiency with the Cucumber/Playwright (TypeScript) stack is highly valued.
- Proficiency with XRay for managing test assets and test campaigns within Jira.
- ISTQB certification (Foundation level or higher) strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to structure and improve QA processes.
