Responsibilities
Monitor and manage billing and chargebacks related to parts and labor performed under warranty and courtesy repairs, and issue a monthly control report;
Perform parts inventory, comparing paid parts with received parts;
Review SGs (Warranty Requests) to ensure correct billing of amounts involved in the processes;
Communicate with dealerships and generate control reports;
Post debits for irregular processes in internal/proprietary systems;
Respond to and support dealerships via Salesforce.
Requirements
Completed technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience in the automotive sector.
