About the role
- Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruiting for tech roles. Working closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced, innovative environment at VoiceLine.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process with a focus on technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Product, Data, IT)
- Close, trusted and strategic collaboration with hiring managers as an equal partner
- Active contribution to and further development of the recruiting function as the second recruiter in the team
- Participation in strategic recruiting topics and projects (e.g., processes, tools, talent pipelines, hiring strategies)
- Building sustainable structures for future growth in the tech area
- Support for employer branding and other projects, as capacity allows
Requirements
- Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
- Strong interest in and genuine passion for people and talent topics
- Team-oriented, collegial working style with strong communication and advisory skills
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders as equal partners
- Very good written and spoken German and English
