About the role
- Product Owner leading the evolution of Smiles institutional portals for digital channels. Responsible for defining and executing a robust roadmap, ensuring clear and consistent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the vision and roadmap for Smiles Institutional Portals;
- Prioritize initiatives considering impact on experience, clarity of information and technical sustainability;
- Act as guardian of the continuous evolution of the portals.
- Product Management and Roadmap
- Lead structural and evolutionary improvements to the Smiles portals;
- Prioritize initiatives focused on UX, usability, content organization and hierarchy, modularization and CMS, accessibility, visual standardization, as well as improving navigation and facilitating search and discovery of relevant information;
- Focus on portal performance and maintenance, ensuring an efficient and stable technology foundation;
- Actively work to reduce technical debt and structural risks.
- Backlog & Delivery
- Build, prioritize and maintain the squad backlog;
- Write and detail user stories with clear rules and acceptance criteria;
- Participate in agile rituals and follow up on delivery;
- Work closely with UX, engineering, QA and stakeholders.
- Stakeholders & Governance
- Serve as the focal point between business, marketing, content, technology and UX teams;
- Ensure alignment on scope, expectations and priorities;
- Support the creation of governance for the evolution and maintenance of the portals.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Owner;
- Experience with digital Web and/or mobile App products;
- Strong organizational, prioritization and decision-making skills;
- Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Previous experience with:
- Institutional portals or content platforms;
- CMS, modularization and page management;
- UX evolution in institutional environments;
- Differentials
- Experience with Liferay DXP or portal architectures;
- Knowledge of accessibility, performance and technical SEO;
- Experience in large-scale digital environments.
