Responsibilities
Product vision leadership: Bridge the needs of business teams (Sales, Marketing, Retail) with the constraints of the IT team
Scoping and design: Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications and prioritize the backlog based on business value
UX/UI & CRO approach: Collaborate with designers to create seamless customer journeys and optimize in-store conversion and engagement rates
Data-driven management: Analyze usage KPIs, run A/B tests, and use data to justify product changes
Advisory and strategy: Act as an internal consultant to guide the business toward the most effective and innovative solutions on the market
Mentorship and leadership: Coach and support the development of more junior Product Owners within the team
Delivery coordination: Oversee testing phases (UAT), ensure the quality of deliverables, and run agile ceremonies
Governance and change management: Support solution deployment in the field and ensure tool adoption by sales advisors
Requirements
Minimum 6 years' experience as a Product Owner, with a specialization in Clienteling or Retail Tech solutions
Strong knowledge of assisted sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and in-store personalization
Proficient in software development lifecycles and experienced in close collaboration with UX/UI teams
Ability to interpret complex analytics to drive the product roadmap
Proven ability to coach and share product best practices
Fluent English communication; proficiency in French is a strong plus
