Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a portfolio of clients
Responsible for supervising a team of payroll associates/senior associates. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring their progress, providing guidance and training, and conducting performance evaluations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client companies, addressing their payroll-related queries, providing guidance on payroll processes, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise
Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure accurate payroll processing; reviewing payroll reports, and identifying and rectifying errors or discrepancies.
Assisting in training new staff members and providing ongoing professional development opportunities for team members
Act as a trusted advisor for our clients
Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder or above
4-5 years of relevant experience gained from professional services firm is an advantage
Written English and oral English
Able to provide coaching and guidance to other team members to ensure overall objectives are aligned and achieved
