About the role

  • Billing Coordinator managing end-to-end billing process for Program clients in the aviation industry. Involves collaboration with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end billing process for Program clients
  • Review flight activity daily
  • Produce accurate customer invoices
  • Calculate additional charges for invoices
  • Collaborate with Sales to approve unusual invoices
  • Maintain and monitor customer balances
  • Generate and send out customer statements
  • Respond to customer queries regarding invoices

Requirements

  • Impeccable eye for detail
  • Interpreting complex client contracts
  • Experience with reconciliations
  • Familiarity with SAP (not essential)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • On-Call duty outside standard working hours
