- Manage the end-to-end billing process for a dedicated group of Program clients
- Review flight activity on a daily basis
- Produce accurate customer invoices and ensure alignment with customer contracts
- Calculate and add any additional charges to invoices
- Take an active role in monitoring customer balances and maintaining accuracy
Requirements
- Prior experience of interpreting complex client contracts
- Prior experience of reconciliations
- Familiarity with SAP (useful but not essential)
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure
- Strong written and spoken English
