Responsibilities
Provide initial contact to prospective investors interested in a Grand Cru franchise, ensuring prompt and clear communication
Follow up with leads/candidates and actively generate new leads
Manage the leads system, keeping expansion funnel information up to date
Conduct geomarketing studies using georeferencing tools and consolidate network data
Prospect and vet potential commercial locations, including on-site visits
Participate in negotiations with shopping centers regarding negotiation and renegotiation of occupancy costs
Request, receive and verify candidates' documents, triggering Legal to issue the COF (Franchise Offering Circular) and contracts
Monitor store transfer processes
Update spreadsheets and presentations related to the Expansion Plan (number of stores, openings, sales funnel, etc.)
Contribute to achieving the new openings targets defined in the Expansion Plan
Monitor the rollout of new stores according to the network's standard schedule
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure completion of rollout schedule stages
Perform weekly follow-up on the implementation process with the franchisee/store manager
Oversee the franchisee's Initial Training, ensuring all areas follow the schedule and that the franchisee actively participates.
Requirements
Previous experience in franchise networks (minimum 2 franchisors)
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Flexible availability
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

Advanced knowledge of P&L (DRE), cash flow and business plan
