About the role
- Credit Assessment Analyst responsible for evaluating and approving credit applications at KINTO. Analyzing financial documents and identifying credit risks while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operative Verantwortung für eingehende Kreditanträge
- Überprüfung der Finanzierungsunterlagen mit anschließender Genehmigung, Freigabe und Kommentierung
- Erkennen von Kreditrisiken auf Basis spezifischer Kreditwürdigkeitsprüfung und Analyse von Bilanzen und Finanzberichten
- Klärung von Sachverhalten zum Bearbeitungs- und Entscheidungsstatus von Kredit-/Leasinganfragen
- Entscheidung und Ausarbeitung von Sicherheitsleistungen
- Prüfung von Auskünften aus dem Transparenzregister sowie auf Verdachtsfälle hinsichtlich Betrug, Compliance und Geldwäsche
Requirements
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne fachspezifische Zusatzausbildung wie z.B. Leasing- bzw. Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau
- Min. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kreditentscheidungsprozess für Firmenkunden einer Bank bzw. Leasinggesellschaft oder vergleichbar
- Affinität für Zahlen, mathematisches Verständnis und hohes Maß an Entscheidungskompetenz
- Erfahrung in der Auswertung und Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen und Finanzkennziffern
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für Systemanwendungen sowie Erfahrung in Prozessverbesserungen und Automatisierung
- Kenntnisse im HGB, BGB und KWG wünschenswert; ebenso in Bezug auf Ratingverfahren und rechtliche Grundlagen für Finanzinstitute
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
