- Strong client relationship, interpersonal, and team skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative with a strong team orientation
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
