Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience (>3–5 years) in dedicated requirements management
- Very strong facilitation and moderation skills
- Relevant experience in the context of public administration / the public sector is a must
- Leadership and project management experience
- Familiarity with analytics/reporting systems is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1 level) and conversational English skills
