Responsibilities
Own and drive sales for VirtaMed simulators and services within the Southeast Region to new and current customers.
Sell across multiple specialties including Orthopedics, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Urology, and future specialties as introduced.
Achieve annual revenue goals defined by the company.
Generate new sales opportunities through field sales activities, cold calling, and outbound prospecting.
Attending local and national conferences and trade shows.
Collaborate with Customer Success Team to drive customer engagement.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in account management or sales in Medical Device sales or Regional Sales Manager.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
Self-motivated, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new relationships.
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40–50%) for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or related medical field.
