Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions and develop clear onboarding materials.
Requirements
3+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer service, technical support, or implementation
Experience as a trainer is a strong advantage
A proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in parallel
Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
Professional proficiency in English, French, and German (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of EV technology and energy solutions is a significant asset
Willingness to travel and work with customers across different time zones as needed
