About the role

  • Senior Onboarding Specialist leading Prophix’s revenue onboarding program with training sessions for new hires. Working hybrid with focus on both virtual and in-person training.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of support for all Revenue org new hires throughout their first 30 days.
  • Lead training sessions covering essential topics such as industry knowledge, product education, sales competencies, tools, and internal processes, with a commitment of approximately 40 in-person facilitation hours per month.
  • Leverage AI tools to build, maintain, and scale onboarding content including training materials, call analysis, and more.
  • Regularly track and report on onboarding success metrics to stakeholders, which includes rep onboarding completion, ramp attainment, time to first deal, and more.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to monitor onboarding progress and track new hire transitions.
  • Maintain and regularly update presentation decks, participant materials, learning activities, and monthly program schedules to ensure alignment with evolving business priorities.
  • Identify when updates are needed within on-demand learning modules and advocate for those enhancements.
  • Oversee onboarding communications, coordinate scheduling, and manage administrative workflows within the LMS and CMS to keep the program operating efficiently.
  • Coordinate peer mentorship participation and manage stakeholder logistics for in-person sessions.
  • Handle classroom preparation, supply ordering, and coordination of social engagement activities during in-person training weeks.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Prophix’s product suite.
  • Build and sustain a foundational understanding of internal operations, the sales methodology, the GTM technology ecosystem, and role responsibilities across revenue teams.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or comparable hands-on experience.
  • At least two years of experience in sales or sales enablement, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to facilitate both technical and discussion-driven training sessions in live classroom and virtual settings.
  • Experience overseeing programs or managing complex initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Workspace tools.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally and navigating diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enablement and learning tools such as Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, etc.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in managing logistics, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Awareness of instructional design best practices and emerging learning technologies.
  • Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
  • Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
  • Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
