Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruiting process – from requirement analysis through candidate selection to hiring
Conduct interviews and work closely with functional departments to select suitable talent
Plan and implement recruitment initiatives and further develop our recruiting strategies
Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees on all personnel and employment-law matters
Draft employment contracts, contract amendments and reference letters, and handle all HR administrative correspondence
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent further training/degree with an HR focus
Initial professional experience in HR or recruiting
Desirable but not required: initial exposure to IT recruiting or IT profiles
Proficient in the Microsoft Office/Teams environment; a good understanding of applicant tracking systems is an advantage
Strong communication skills, team orientation and interpersonal skills
Service- and results-oriented working style with a respectful and constructive approach
