Responsibilities
Shape the market by positioning Vicoland as the strategic alternative to traditional consulting and system-integration models.
Apply a Challenger Sale approach: question established sourcing models and demonstrate why Vicos deliver better outcomes.
Plan and implement hybrid human/AI offerings delivered by Vicos.
Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to specific client contexts.
Build thought leadership through events and a strong LinkedIn presence.
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners — from strategic outreach and deal closure to long-term expansion.
Conduct consultative, insight-driven conversations at C-level.
Translate the Vico model into concrete ROI scenarios for each client.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with a founder’s mindset.
Build pipeline strategically rather than transactionally.
Supervise and coach Vico Leads within your client group — hold them accountable for delivery quality and commercial performance.
Activate new Vico Leads and set them up for success.
Drive AI into business development and integrate Vicoland’s AI and agentic capabilities into client conversations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem — in consulting, system integration, or SAP-adjacent advisory/sales roles.
Proven consultative selling at C-level: you have won complex enterprise deals by advising, not just pitching.
Challenger mindset: you shape how clients think about SAP sourcing and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders.
AI affinity: you actively use AI tools and understand the strategic implications of agentic AI for professional services.
Entrepreneurial energy — you are drawn to building markets, not administering existing ones. Own entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
Experience leading teams or practices — you have managed people, not just projects.
Strong academic background, fast career progression, and proven commercial impact.
Fluent in German and English (DACH is our home market while we expand internationally).
Network power: client and talent connections in the SAP ecosystem are a strong plus.
