Responsibilities

  • Drive regional growth by identifying new opportunities, tracking market trends, and building a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Use a consultative approach to win complex, high-value deals and achieve revenue targets
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and expand local partner networks in key markets
  • Represent the company at events and meetings, actively expanding visibility and identifying new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong experience in enterprise software sales and business development, ideally in telecom, critical communications, public safety, or government sectors
  • Good understanding of AI-driven enterprise solutions, public procurement, and long sales cycles
  • Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to open new doors, build relationships, and close complex deals at all organizational levels
  • Skilled in consultative and strategic selling, negotiations, and full sales cycle ownership, including RFP processes
  • Commercially driven and self-starting professional who uses modern tools and AI in sales work
  • Highly organized with strong networking and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently in complex environments
  • Willing to travel and work in an international environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
