Responsibilities
Take over on the fly our ongoing project for incorporating AI agents into our Vicos, and business model (our platform already contains many AI functionalities, but this is a new dimension).
Launch and implement a new program, already being developed, for top leaders from established professional services firms to found and run Vicos.
Grow our business development partnerships, starting with the ones we have and then going beyond, e. g. with MSPs (you will have to learn what an MSP is, we also had to).
Scout, win and bootstrap partnerships allowing us to enhance our add-on services, e. g. in the financial sector (insurance, factoring) or in technology (e. g. license business).
Together with all divisions of our company, design processes and – as this is a tech business – conceive platform features enabling efficient operations of partnerships.
Prepare and contribute at top management level to the strategic planning and decision making for our company, including the entry into new markets or business areas.

Requirements
Professional experience requiring top qualities, be it via employment, own entrepreneurial initiative or internships, of 2+ years.
Ideally, this experience is in professional services (e. g. consulting, legal, finance) and somehow related to technology, including AI.

You must be a fast learner and keen to work on new challenges every day.
University degree with very good results.
Experience with intensive usage of AI tools and interest in the evolution of AI.
Excellent communication skills – you will have to interact with a lot of people daily.

Strong team spirit and capability to interact internally and externally with different people spanning the tech, sales, services and financial spheres.
Excellent judgment in evaluating people and organizations for their strengths and weaknesses as well as our strategic fit with them.
Excellent German and English (DACH is still our home market, while we expand abroad).
