About the role
- Legal Partner managing consumer law cases for vezzilapolla.legal, collaborating in case preparation and legal agreements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation cases;
- Drafting all pleadings and legal filings for the portfolio;
- Negotiating and executing settlements;
- Updating the firm’s and the client’s case management systems;
- Monitoring case progress and deadlines;
- Performing other routine portfolio-related tasks.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
- Law degree; postgraduate specialization in the field preferred;
- Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
- Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
