About the role

• Legal Counsel managing contractual tasks and institutional relations for a Paris-based company. Engaging with public authorities and supporting agile project development in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating supplier and partner contracts.
• Providing legal advice and support to the company's various departments.
• Analyzing legal risks and opportunities related to the company's activities.
• Drafting correspondence, internal notes and legal memos.
• Conducting legal monitoring relevant to the company's operations.
• Coordinating legal files with other internal departments.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including GDPR.
• Developing, maintaining and managing relationships with public authorities and administrative bodies.

Requirements

• Advanced law degree (Master 2 or equivalent), preferably in public law, business law or contract law.
• Proven experience in a legal role.
• Interest in public affairs.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and synthesis skills.
• Good understanding of business priorities and ability to align legal advice with operational requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and ability to interact with high-level institutional stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
