About the role
- TI Analyst focusing on Zabbix and integration with OSS systems, ensuring platform operation and maintenance. Supporting incident analysis and process automation in a NOC environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and evolve the Zabbix platform, ensuring monitoring availability and reliability
- Configure and tune templates, items, triggers, dashboards, and alerts
- Collaborate with systems teams and the NOC to perform API-based integrations between Zabbix and other platforms
- Support integration of Zabbix with systems such as ticketing tools, Grafana, and NetBox
- Assist in incident and event analysis, contributing to alert correlation and reduction of false positives
- Develop basic automation scripts for event correlation and operational support
- Document integrations, configuration changes, and best practices related to monitoring and automation
Requirements
- Experience in monitoring networks and systems
- Strong knowledge of Zabbix (operation and configuration)
- Experience with basic API integrations
- Familiarity with OSS systems and tools that support NOC operations
- Basic automation scripting skills (e.g., shell script, Python, or similar)
