Responsibilities
Manage benefits plans administration and vendor relationships in allocated countries.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and invoice management for benefits vendors.
Maintain benefits administration platforms and ensure compliance with internal and legislative regulations.
Provide employee support for benefits inquiries and escalations.
Coordinate benefits review processes and manage related projects.
Audit and reconcile vendor error reports and maintain benefits documentation.
Collaborate with Finance on invoicing processes and maintain benefits data in HRIS systems.
Assist with compensation surveys and market data analysis for APAC.
Support salary benchmarking and pay range development.
Prepare compensation-related reports for HRBPs and business leaders.
Help administer annual merit and bonus cycles.
Prepare ad hoc reports related to Total Rewards.
Support M&A projects by ensuring compliance and coordinating integration processes.
Maintain Total Rewards databases and metrics.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration, including retirement/savings plans, medical insurance, risk insurances, and leave management.
Basic knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, and market benchmarking.
Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and HRIS skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and HR practices across APAC.
Project and program management experience is desirable.
Ability to work independently and execute key deliverables.
Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
