Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes: align candidate profiles with hiring managers, open requisitions, post vacancies, screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment stages and manage offers.
Publish and manage job openings on designated channels, ensuring consistent communication, deadlines and an organized pipeline.
Assess candidates for competencies and cultural fit, ensuring quality and agility in decision-making.
Monitor and consolidate Attraction & Selection metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion per stage, sources, reasons for rejection/decline), producing inputs for continuous improvement.
Support probation period management with structured checkpoints and provide guidance to leaders for consistent, predictable decisions.
Support onboarding: organize the entry journey, coordinate communication with involved teams, prepare the first-day agenda and follow up during the initial weeks.
Provide support for internal People & Culture initiatives, contributing to rituals, internal communication and engagement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of recruitment and selection processes (screening, interviews, managing stages and offers).
