Responsibilities
Support the implementation and adoption of Werecruiter’s People Analytics and AI solutions within recruitment and human development routines.
Assist in structuring and validating tool use cases together with the internal team and clients.
Support the management of recruitment and assessment systems, including sourcing, organizing candidate pipelines, and tracking processes.
Tabulate results, organize data, and assist in the generation of operational metrics and reports.
Support monitoring of candidate and employee journeys, ensuring information is accurate and consistent.
Provide operational support for selection and development processes, including contacting candidates via the system.
Continue and follow up on processes initiated by automations, bots, and AI workflows.
Use spreadsheets to support organization, control, and tracking of activities.
Support process improvement initiatives, and the implementation of new technologies and automations.
Work in an assisted capacity on process and project management activities.
Requirements

Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams, candidates, and clients.
Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

Interest in or basic knowledge of People Analytics, data, or BI (a plus).
Previous experience with recruitment, selection, or talent development (a plus).
Basic understanding of process or project management (a plus).
Curiosity about or initial experience with AI, automations, bots, or prompt engineering (a plus).
Interest in analyzing people-related metrics and indicators (a plus).
