Draft and publish job postings in line with the agreed strategy
Manage the receipt and processing of applications
Pre-screen candidates
Organize and conduct interviews with candidates (in-person, Teams, phone)
Select the final candidate in collaboration with the hiring manager
Manage salary negotiations
Close recruitments (provide feedback to candidates)
Perform sourcing on request
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Knowledge of IT roles and interest in other support functions
Ability to work with large volumes of candidates
Capacity to quickly identify and qualify profiles
Native French speaker; ideally strong knowledge of German and/or English
Excellent proficiency with IT tools (MS Office, job boards, ATS, and professional social networks)
Mastery of sourcing techniques
