- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues, proposing appropriate solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Product Owner or in an equivalent role
- Hold a higher education degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in IT or a technical field with an IT component
- Demonstrate strong leadership and a high sense of ownership to structure, make decisions and advance complex topics
- Understand overall IT architecture, master data security, access control and protection of critical systems, and analyze integration challenges (APIs, microservices, etc.) and Cloud-related issues
- Comfortable using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and applying common agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Fluent in French (native) and able to communicate in English (spoken and written, minimum B2); German is an asset
