Responsibilities
Coach/train Sales Pros on product knowledge, professional sales techniques, company culture and procedures
Motivate Sales Pros to exceed goals and develop professional sales habits
Resolve problems on a timely basis
Ensure Sales Pros adhere to company policy
Travel in the field with Sales Pros to help develop new accounts and increase sales in current accounts
Develop a pipeline of future Sales Pros
Interview and recruit the best talent to join the BSN SPORTS team
Evaluate account performance reviews to budget and forecast sales of products
Assist Regional Sales Director and Sales VP in planning and presentations for sales meetings
Participate in regional trade shows
Lead weekly regional sales huddles and team/individual training sessions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university preferred
2+ years prior sales team management experience (5-10 direct reports)
3+ years prior B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
