- Active new customer acquisition
- Conduct sales conversations, product demos (remote & on-site) and negotiate contracts
- Responsible for deal closures, revenue development and structured pipeline management
- Responsible for building, developing and maintaining new and existing customers and partners in the German market
- Represent Vara to decision-makers in the healthcare sector
- Manage the entire customer process from first contact through contract signing to go-live
- Train new customers
- Ensure a smooth implementation and sustained use of the solution
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management, ideally in the healthcare, MedTech or B2B-SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including when dealing with decision-makers
- Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Medicine) or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent German language skills (C2) and business-fluent English (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel for regular customer visits
