About the role

  • Coordenador de Vendas para a unidade de Pecuária da Vansil, desenvolvendo o mercado e a equipe de vendas. Responsável pela gestão de clientes e implementação de estratégias comerciais.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Vansil portfolio in the Livestock Unit;
  • Develop and support Vansil's sales team and client sales teams;
  • Manage the current client portfolio and prospect new clients;
  • Identify needs and opportunities with clients and prospects;
  • Identify commercial opportunities for the products;
  • Actively conduct visits to direct and indirect customers, reporting visits and sales through the provided tools;
  • Identify market changes and competitor actions;
  • Implement brand and product positioning strategies, working together with Marketing (market research; gathering technical and commercial information) and reporting field performance of our products;
  • Responsible for executing the action plan for the area;
  • Manage the customer portfolio for the area of responsibility and prepare sales reports;
  • Disseminate knowledge of our product line through training sessions, events, and presentations;
  • Meet quantitative and qualitative objectives;
  • Implement sales strategies with representatives, distributors, and customers;
  • Comply with all Vansil procedures and policies;
  • Availability to travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or related fields.
