Responsibilities
Develop the Vansil portfolio in the Livestock Unit;
Develop and support Vansil's sales team and client sales teams;
Manage the current client portfolio and prospect new clients;
Identify needs and opportunities with clients and prospects;
Identify commercial opportunities for the products;
Actively conduct visits to direct and indirect customers, reporting visits and sales through the provided tools;
Identify market changes and competitor actions;
Implement brand and product positioning strategies, working together with Marketing (market research; gathering technical and commercial information) and reporting field performance of our products;
Responsible for executing the action plan for the area;
Manage the customer portfolio for the area of responsibility and prepare sales reports;
Disseminate knowledge of our product line through training sessions, events, and presentations;
Meet quantitative and qualitative objectives;
Implement sales strategies with representatives, distributors, and customers;
Comply with all Vansil procedures and policies;
Availability to travel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or related fields.
