Responsibilities
Identifies client needs and works with internal partners to determine tailored solutions aligned with Vanguard’s investment philosophy.
Partners with sales executives in business development and sales processes to support growth initiatives.
Maintains accurate client records in CRM systems and ensures compliance with Vanguard methodology, investment guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Supports the analysis of client investment risk tolerance, discusses appropriate savings or spending strategies, and provides additional financial planning solutions such as retirement and wealth-building strategies.
Conducts periodic reviews of portfolios and creates detailed reports addressing ongoing client advisory needs.
Implements wealth-building strategies based on client goals and Vanguard’s disciplined investment approach.
Develops a comprehensive understanding of client financial situations through consultative conversations and uncovering key information.
Develops general knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services to educate clients effectively.
Maintains a broad understanding of financial planning principles, capital markets, and the Financial Services industry.
Participates in special projects and contributes to process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Two years experience in client relationship management or customer service preferred.
Experience within Financial Services industry preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems and strong organizational, time management, and consultative skills.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Progress toward completion of the CFP® examination preferred.
