About the role

  • Growth Marketing Specialist creating and executing content strategies to generate leads for the agency. Focusing on LinkedIn and using AI tools to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute a robust content strategy focused on building authority and generating qualified leads for the agency.
  • Develop and publish strategic, high-value content for LinkedIn with a consistent cadence of 2–3 posts per week, always aligned with brand trends and objectives.
  • Create and distribute monthly premium content assets (eBooks, guides, case studies, whitepapers, webinars) via LinkedIn, the company blog, and website, aimed at educating the audience and converting leads.
  • Implement and manage marketing automations such as email marketing, newsletters, and lead nurturing flows, using tools like RD Station to optimize lead generation and qualification.
  • Track key metrics — lead generation, lead qualification, engagement, and LinkedIn growth — and provide detailed reports on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate on building a more structured account-based marketing (ABM) approach to personalize strategy and increase relevance for strategic prospects and clients.
  • Apply Artificial Intelligence to Growth: use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, and others) to optimize content creation, generate insights, test copy, and improve operational efficiency in marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital content.
  • Advanced copywriting: exceptional skills in copywriting, storytelling, and SEO techniques, with the ability to write persuasively and strategically.
  • Solid experience in content strategies focused on LinkedIn, including social selling and network engagement.
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools such as RD Station.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Data- and metrics-driven orientation.
  • Autonomy and strategic influence: ability to work independently and influence strategic decisions based on data and insights.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to marketing.
