Responsibilities
Serve as the quarterback for the P&C marketing technology strategy
Drive execution of Association-wide capabilities while delivering business outcomes
Lead an agile team focused on leveraging Association-wide MarTech capabilities within P&C
Ensure seamless integration and alignment with Association standards
Champion a data-first approach, power segmentation and decisioning
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable compliant solutions
Mentor talent and influence Association strategy
Manage risk associated with business activities
Conduct research and apply industry best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
8 years Marketing Technology experience, including Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing
Advanced degree and 6 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience may qualify
Comprehensive knowledge of Technology/Digital products and emerging technology platforms, applications, data analysis and research techniques and standards
Proven track record developing, influencing, presenting and communicating highly complex business, digital, or technology concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users and senior leadership
