Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Paramount's film library across digital transactional platforms
Own campaign planning, product timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are executed on time and within scope
Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to support and inform business objectives
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of library initiatives
Collaborate closely with the Coordinator to develop thoughtful creative briefs, clearly defining objectives, target audiences, and key messaging
Communicate assets, metadata, and campaign materials to third-party partners with accuracy, clarity, and timeliness
Monitor, track, and report on competitive activity, industry trends, and sales performance, translating data into actionable insights that inform goals and strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film, or a related field
4+ years of experience in brand marketing or product management, ideally within digital entertainment
Proven success in managing marketing strategies and campaigns for feature film content
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
Experience with marketing analytics and productivity tools (e.g., Tableau, Airtable, Slack) is a plus
