About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator leading content strategy and governance across channels for Sicredi. Ensuring alignment and execution with business objectives and stakeholder priorities in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Lead tactical content planning (social media, website and blog), structuring calendars, priorities and deliverables with narrative coherence and efficiency.
  • Work in partnership with Planning and Strategy to define and maintain editorial guidelines (territories, audiences, tone and key messages).
  • Define formats, approaches and distribution of content by channel, aligning brand/product objectives with business needs.
  • Integrate cross-channel operations (social media, website/blog and media), connecting Always On, campaigns and specials to increase asset reuse and standardize workflows with systemic efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the content team, assigning workloads, monitoring quality and deadlines, and fostering technical growth and best practices.
  • Establish content governance with internal areas and partners (rituals, SLAs and approval flows), ensuring alignment and timely decisions.
  • Orchestrate the interface with media/brandformance, influencer and site technical teams, ensuring clear briefs, execution monitoring and synergy for performance and target achievement.
  • Monitor content and channel KPIs, analyze results, identify opportunities and implement continuous optimizations.
  • Ensure the evolution of SEO/GEO and topical and domain authority, defining content guidelines, supporting the use of tools and monitoring deliverables with a medium- and long-term perspective.
  • Ensure the sustainability of the content operation by sizing demand and team capacity, organizing processes and maintaining quality standards in deliveries.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or related fields).
  • Technical knowledge: strategy and tactical planning of digital content; content management for social media, website and blog; SEO/GEO, topical authority and domain authority; performance analysis and content KPIs; project management, processes and editorial workflows; experience with brand, product and special campaigns; integration with paid media, influencer marketing and brandformance.
  • Competencies: strategic vision with strong execution capabilities; leadership, organization and prioritization; clear communication and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders; analytical mindset, data- and results-oriented; ownership and systemic thinking.
