Responsibilities
In our applicant tracking system Softgarden you will maintain candidate profiles and handle parts of applicant management (e.g., invitations, information, rejections, etc.)
You are the contact person for incoming candidate questions by managing our shared inbox and you will communicate with recruitment agencies and HR service providers
You support active sourcing: you are creative and persistent when searching for and contacting interesting candidates
With your feel for targeted messaging you support the creation, editing and management of our job postings across portals
You will contribute your expertise to various HR projects
In addition, you will independently conduct interviews with our candidates
Requirements
Ideally you are available 15–20 hours per week and are enrolled as a student for at least 2 more semesters
Currently enrolled in a degree program or comparable qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Humanities, Social Sciences or Business
Some practical experience in recruiting is a plus—ideally from an agency or HR consultancy—but not required
Ideally you are familiar with active sourcing (e.g., TalentManager, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Haufe, Softgarden)
Confident user of MS Office and good English skills, both written and spoken
