Lead brand and creative projects across multiple touch points – from strategy and creative ideation to production and delivery.
Follow the news in the industry and are enthusiastic about new technologies
Define, manage and execute various types of media projects for clients to maximize client business objectives, manage client expectations, and maintain profitability.
Management of complex project timelines, budgets, scope and risks to help deliver optimal quality
Foster collaboration among a cross-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional business results.
Maintains big-picture strategic and operational thinking balanced by strong attention to detail.
Manage all communications between clients and internal team members on a given project.
Identify new opportunities to meet clients’ needs as required; serves as the subject matter expert on processes, capacity, timelines.
Supporting project estimation efforts to help generate offerings or change requests related to supported accounts

Requirements
Proven track record as a Project Manager within the creative/media agency, with experience in creative productions.
You have already gained experience in digital marketing and have successfully completed several cross-functional projects.
You always keep an eye on the three core areas—'time, quality, budget'—without losing sight of the big picture.
Thanks to your proactive communication, you ensure that all internal and external project stakeholders are always up-to-date on the project status and upcoming deadlines.
For you, a happy and satisfied client portfolio is a matter of the heart, and you give your all for the team and the clients.
It’s a huge plus if you’ve previously supported clients in the luxury segment, MedTech, home appliances or the baby/parenting space
Fluency in both German and English is required.
