Responsibilities
As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you primarily act as the interface between the client, all internally involved departments, and external partners and suppliers.
You confidently support our clients in the area of standard and shared booths with nearly all tasks and questions that arise across all project phases.
Your work begins with the initial briefing and ends with the final project report.
You always keep budget, timelines and the customer’s requirements in view.
You stay up to date on current trends and technologies and use this knowledge to convince clients with innovative product ideas and to implement creative concepts.
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or a relevant qualification (for example in the events sector)
Solid professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in an agency
Strong service and customer orientation, as well as organizational skills, flexibility and composure under deadline pressure
Confidence in handling budgets, deadlines, clients, projects and trades
Interest in both technical and design-related issues
Awareness of current trends in the digital world, tools and technologies
Enjoy working in a team and present a confident, reliable manner
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to travel during seasonal project phases between Cologne and Hanover
