Provides administrative and logistical support to the RJ Office, including travel, events, and petty cash management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the economic and financial analyses of Unimeds classified under special monitoring
Prepare and organize schedules and travel for the RJ Office manager and coordinate their in-person and virtual meetings
Organize and control the RJ Office petty cash accounting, interacting with the finance department
Coordinate preparation of materials and logistics for events conducted by the RJ Office with representatives from ANS and the Unimed System
Welcome technicians and leaders from the Unimed System for meetings with ANS at the RJ Office
Perform economic and financial analyses based on the financial statements of Unimeds included in the special monitoring plan
Analyze and interpret the economic and financial indicators of Unimeds in relation to the parameters established by Derived Standard No. 11, providing input for the development of recovery plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting and economic-financial analysis, including reading and interpreting financial statements
Familiarity with financial indicators applied to health plan operators
Knowledge of ANS regulation and the supplementary health sector (ANS = Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency)
MS Office at an intermediate to advanced level, with strong focus on Excel
Analytical, organized, resilient profile with good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Experience with or knowledge of the cooperative model
