UFS Field Sales Pull Specialist executing Pull strategy for food service development in the Cuyo region. Collaborating with distributors and focusing on sustainable growth and sell-out performance.
Responsibilities
Ejecutar la estrategia de Pull en la región asignada.
Desarrollar operadores gastronómicos en el territorio de Cuyo mediante prospección, activación y acompañamiento continuo.
Asegurar la correcta ejecución de la estrategia de Pull en campo con excelencia y consistencia.
Colaborar con distribuidores y sus equipos comerciales para potenciar el sell-out.
Ejecutar activaciones, campañas y programas UFS alineados a prioridades nacionales y regionales.
Monitorear indicadores clave como Reach, GRAB y SO Tons.
Utilizar herramientas CRM para planificar actividades y registrar interacciones.
Reportar insights del mercado y la competencia para mejorar la estrategia.
Requirements
Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia en roles comerciales, ventas o ejecución en campo.
Formación terciaria o universitaria completa o en curso.
Habilidad para organizar la agenda, priorizar visitas y gestionar un territorio dinámico.
Manejo de Excel, herramientas digitales y CRM.
Disponibilidad para realizar viajes frecuentes dentro de la región asignada.
Experiencia en venta consultiva, foodservice o industrias afines (deseable).
Familiaridad con cocinas profesionales o el canal gastronómico (deseable).
Experiencia trabajando junto a distribuidores o equipos comerciales estructurados (deseable).
