Implementation Specialist guiding clients through onboarding to maximize the value of Personio's intelligent HR platform in the DACH region.
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding: Guide new customers through seamless setup and integration, ensuring Personio becomes an indispensable part of their HR processes.
Product adoption: Drive product usage to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
Consultative guidance: Run regular meetings to understand customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and maximize Personio’s impact.
Project management: Manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel, keeping timelines and budgets on track while delivering a personalized experience.
Issue resolution: Triage and troubleshoot customer issues, collaborating with internal teams and escalating bugs when necessary.
Relationship building: Build strong, trust-based relationships, manage conflicts with care, and identify opportunities for upsell.
Internal collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver outstanding outcomes and share customer insights.
Knowledge sharing: Support new team members, contribute to documentation, and improve team processes through your expertise.
Requirements
Languages: Fluent in German and English (both required). Additional languages are a plus.
Experience: 6+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS, B2B, or B2C environments, with a strong commitment to customer success.
Project management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with composure and efficiency.
Tech-savvy: Quick to learn new products and able to become an expert in Personio.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex topics and building trust.
