About the role
- Analista Fiscal Jr. handling tax-related reports and compliance for Umicore's operations in Brasil. Responsibilities include tax calculation and document management for indirect taxes.
Responsibilities
- Review of NF-e entries (XMLs) for purchases and sales, reconciling with tax reports (tax bookkeeping);
- Calculate indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI and ISS) and contributions (PIS and COFINS);
- Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations (Municipal and State CNDs, EFD ICMS/IPI and Contributions);
- Assist in gathering documentation for inspections and audits;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Law;
- Experience calculating indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI and ISS) and contributions (PIS and COFINS);
- Experience in industry or with a Big Four firm is a plus;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Experience with integrated ERP systems;
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
