About the role

  • Compensation Analyst managing the administration and execution of compensation programs at Creation Technologies. Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to attract and retain top talent through effective pay strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market pricing for roles using survey data and benchmarking tools
  • Administer core compensation programs including base pay, merit increases, promotions, and bonus plans
  • Partner with HRIS to support configuration, testing, and execution within Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Review and validate compensation transactions to ensure accuracy and alignment with guidelines
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries from HRBPs and managers
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for compensation planning and review

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on compensation experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation)
  • Experience working in an HRIS; Workday Advanced Compensation strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals
  • High attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • CCP or progress toward certification is a plus
