Responsibilities
Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations,to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry.
Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
You have a fluent level of Spanish and English.
Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus
