Responsibilities
- Act in partnership with business leaders, understanding operations, objectives and challenges to provide strategic support in people management.

- Lead and support performance review cycles.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes, collaborating on defining profiles, competencies and cultural fit.

- Lead and improve onboarding processes.
- Develop and monitor people management metrics.
- Support projects related to HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, employee engagement, succession planning, among others).
- Perform behavioral profile analyses and support development actions.
- Strengthen relationships with employees by promoting an environment of trust, active listening and open communication.
Requirements
- Must reside in Joinville, SC (hybrid model, 3 days on-site).
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- Experience in Human Resources, preferably in technology companies.
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment & Selection and Organizational Development.
- Experience with performance appraisal, IDPs, structured feedback and onboarding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships across different organizational levels.
