About the role

• Business Analyst responsible for analyzing technical requirements of international banks and translating them into specifications. Engaging in process modeling and continuous improvement for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• International major banks: You analyze functional and technical requirements of international major banks and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
• Modeling & analysis: You model processes, data flows and system interactions, laying the foundation for scalable solutions — and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analysis and development processes.
• Greenfield & innovation: You actively contribute to development and process optimization — with sufficient freedom to shape solutions.
• Knowledge transfer: You serve as the interface that brings external experts' knowledge into the team.
• Purpose: You translate business language into technical solutions, reduce friction and bring both worlds together.
• Challenger mindset: You continuously and critically question the status quo to drive real change and deliver added value.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience analyzing and implementing requirements in an agile environment (e.g., using User Stories and DevOps processes).
• Banking is your domain: You are familiar with the workflows, challenges and opportunities of the industry from first-hand experience.
• IT is not foreign to you — you have a solid understanding of software development and enjoy working at the interface between business and IT.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly distinguish you.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in German and English, both written and spoken.
• You work independently, are solution-oriented and bring a challenger mindset.
