Responsibilities

Investigate changes in product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner performance.
Document partner workflows, integration configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Build strategic relationships and manage communication and priority alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows to enhance product quality and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in partner management, technical account management, QA-oriented product operations, tech consulting, or a similar operations role.
Strong technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, and web-based technologies.
Proven experience analyzing large datasets to draw actionable insights, using tools like SQL and Excel to tell a story and influence teams.
Familiarity with testing tools/frameworks and service monitoring tools.
Excellent execution, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous issues and manage multiple competing priorities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with and build relationships across engineering, product, QA, and external partner teams.
