Responsibilities
Manage and grow the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia
Create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands
Negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness for consumers and exposure for the brand
Coordinate with different in-house teams to ensure brand success
Responsible for account NMV and revenue growth
Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands
Develop annual growth plans and campaign proposals
Manage cross-functional teams to drive brand performance
Requirements
Min 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
